I remember now why I stopped watching the second season of True Blood when I did.

The end of the first episode of Season 2 is all:

Sookie: Hey, did you kill my great-uncle?
Bill: Oh yeah, lulz.
Sookie: Well that was weird and paternalistic of you. I'm out.
Bill: SOOKIE, WAIT. I killed your uncle because I am creepy and protective, BUT I DON'T FEEL BAD ABOUT IT. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN.
Sookie: Oh, Bill! Let's have hot sex!


ETA: HOW COME THESE DVDS ONLY HAVE TWO EPISODES PER DISC?!

Yep, pretty much. Bill is both creepy and boring and I wish Sookie would dump him!

UGH I KNOW. Bill/Sookie is the worst pairing evar, dude. I had a lot of trouble with Lafayette's storyline early that season, too.

Argh DVDs! Well, once you get through season 2 I have all of season 3 so far saved if you want to nab that.

I grimaced at that scened too, but I don't really expect much from Sookie. She's not really the smartest cookie (unintentional rhyme, sorry)
