7) Did you have a series of children’s/young adult books that you once enjoyed? Oh, I have many! But if we're saying true childhood, I'll have to go with Little House on the Prairie, Redwall, and Star Wars (expanded universe stuff).
8) Can you enjoy reading the source book after seeing the screen adaptation? Very much, yes.
9) Have you ever read a novelization of a movie or TV show? I own Final Fantasy...haven't read it yet, though. I still have a bunch of Dawson's Creek books that may or may not have been read many times, ;) I own the novelization of Star Wars, Episode I as well. I think that's it...
10) Book that "turned you on" the most, erotically speaking: I don't think I've ever read anything particularly erotic in books....
