yo yo pumpkin head!
So this another picture post. I feel bad putting the pictures in my blog, hence the cut here. I went to a cafe with some friends last night. The friend of one of my friends was playing the mandolin and we grooved whilst playing sci-fi scrabble. So....enjoy the pictures, I guess.

This was the random door that was on the side of a piece of ceiling that jutted out into the cafe. Where does it go?! I don't know, but we thought it would be fun to write stories about some day. Notice the color of the wall - the cafe was called "Electric Earth Cafe," and I guess that's where the electric part comes in.

The results of our sci-fi scrabble game. We may or may not have bended the rules a bit...Some names are backwards, one is diagonal, but for the most part we followed normal Scrabble rules. Virtual cookies to those who can identify all the references! There are also some non-sci-fi words, contributed by Paul.

Here are the guys who played bluegrass music on cool string instruments. Unfortunately, my flash hit things like the table/stuff in front of us, and I was too lazy and felt too geeky to stand up and get closer for a better picture. But at least you can see what's going on!

The snow angel made by Gretchen while we waited for the bus. Notice the halo and the feet! I think the falling snow looks really cool in this picture. Awesome. I loved this picture, which is why it's twice as big as the rest of them.
