I don't usually watch American Idol, but _becquerel_ alerted me to this video of Adam Lambert singing "Mad World." OMG SO AMAZING. I want him to come out with a CD of emo songs! I would listen to it every day! WATCH IT! DO IT!


My obsession with Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles has gotten heinous the last few days. The last few days, I am constantly reading meta and interviews and listening to my recently-purchased soundtrack. If this show is canceled, I don't even know what I'll do, you guys. :[ MAYBE I WILL WRITE FANFICTION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS OR SOME SHIT.

SPEAKING OF TERMINATOR....Joshua Malina [Will in The West Wing, some dude in Sports Night] is going to be in this season finale!! This is the second time a West Wing alum will be on the show [Richard Schiff was phenomenal in an earlier season two episode].

I am strategically planning my trip home for Easter so that I am home with plenty of time to watch the Terminator season finale.

Over the course of the run of American Idol, I've gone from "Ah hah, of course my roommate likes the pretty emo boy, well, I guess he has some talent" to being my favorite to win it, and then I saw his performance of Mad World and I was dead. So good.

I hope that you like it, if you have time to watch it! Some people thought a bit of the first season or a few episodes in the first half of season 2 dragged. BUT KEEP GOING IT PAYS OFF. And hey, I liked a lot of those episodes, too.

you see, as long as i can find characters to care about, i can put up with a lot. it's just finding the time, especially if i become obsessed (i.e. watch all episodes in a short span of time). reading your entries about it makes me want to watch it ASAP, but i need to clear things away.

Your feelings on SCC is partly why I am waiting until season 2 comes out on DVD to watch what I missed (it's pretty much the entire season, except for the opener), by which time it will have been renewed! hopefully.

That's probably a good choice! It helps very much to see things in order with this show, I think - it helps the build-up pay off.

I just caught up on the three eps I missed while in PNG, and that was...unsettling. I am unsettled! Also, if the show gets renewed I'll be ecstatic, but I'm currently quite convinced that it's already canceled and that Fox is just keeping quiet on the subject. (based on an article I read).

This helps my grieving process, but I hope fervently that the cancel goes into remission.
