THE MOST FLAMING FAIL IN ALL OF RACEFAIL THUS FAR. HOLY SHIT.
I am still watching Dollhouse and pretty much agree with everything Entil had to say in this post. I would also add that I liked the pre-credits spiel in the beginning of episode 4. Well, sort of. Echo is with a client. Basically, she is a hooker for this dude. She's all over him, and then he and his friends go back up to his room. Suddenly, she's in the hallway, crying, yelling that they hurt her, calling for help. An hotel official helps her and ushers her downstairs.....to a locked room. She is frantic and wants to get away, says she won't press charges, she just wants to get away. The hotel official just wants her to sign a piece of paper, saying she won't sue the hotel (? Why would one sue the hotel?). The guy goes to her, and then she knees him in the groin, knocks him out on the ground, whips a cell phone open, and says, "I'm in." And then it turns out that she's actually infiltrating with some dudes to steal expensive artwork housed in the basement.
Her entire act as a "whore" is a charade, a mask purposely worn to manipulate those around her, to get into a space she could not otherwise be in, and to have access to thinks she would not otherwise have access to. This turning of expectations on its head is what I hope the entire premise of the show is setting itself up to do. If it doesn't, I will be disappointed.

I'm still watching Dollhouse but only because i haven't decided to stop, yet. That may change after I install the converter box I finally bought and have more channels to watch than PBS and FOX.

If it's the same person -- she's always been able to turn any issue and make it primarily about her own problems. How do you keep that up for eight years? Grow up already.
Dollhouse -- I thought the beginning was pretty good, but "look at the pretty girl be BROKEN and CRAZY" is not actually an improvement over "look at the pretty girl RUN and SCREAM."
