Try using more tags? For tropes, the episode it goes with when applicable, that sort of thing. And sometimes people are browsing a fandom/tag/etc looking for summaries that catch their eye, so making sure they all have summaries might help. Also, fixing the formatting on the Sailor Moon one, so the paragraphs aren't all crammed together.

...and that's all the AO3 hit-garnering tips I can think of. Aside from "write something super-tropey with explicit m/m in a megafandom," at least.
