1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
I went out with someone for real.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Did I make new years' resolutions?

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My sister had Amelia in July.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.

5. What countries did you visit?
Canada - prom dress shopping.

6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
More faith.

7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I'm not about dates. I remember moments and conversations and situations. I'm bad with dates.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Uh, I'll get back to you on that.

9. What was your biggest failure?
I don't remember any big failures. I don't see many things as failures, I guess.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
This summer, I threw up for the first time since 3rd grade. And right now I have a cold.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Pens? Or books. One of those.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Everyone who wasn't stupid.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Heh. Lots of things made me depressed, so we just won't go there, alright?

14. Where did most of your money go?
The bank.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Return of the King (IN 2 HOURS, LIEK OMG,AW;EGJAEW;LGJA), end of school, fifth Harry Potter book

16. What song will always remind you of 2003?
Uh...none of them?

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
read, practiced piano.

talking.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
With my family. Probably sitting on the floor, watching small children, hoping people will like my presents.

Where's 21?

23. How many one-night stands?
Don't you have to have sex to have those?

24. What was your favorite TV program?
Evening news. 'Cause that's all I watch, except the occasional Oprah.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I try not to hate.

26. What was the best book you read?
Hmm. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, but I'd have to look at my booklog to be sure, and I'm just too lazy to do that.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I like Chopin.

Books.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
What did I see this year......I don't remember movies, sorry.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I went to Jake's house and had a joint party with him and Andy. I was 17. I still am.

32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Not having depression.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003?
Haha. No seriously, that's how I would describe it.

34. What kept you sane?
Andy, Jason, and Tom

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Elijah Wood

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Suffering and the apathy the world has for it. But that's kind of an on-going thing.

37. Who did you miss?
I miss everyone. Everything's changed so much since freshman year.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Jake. And Amelia.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2003.
Only you can prevent forest fires. It has a philosophical meaning, but only if Tom tells you so in the context of a good conversation.
