The Status of Me

So, I haven't posted anything in a while. There's a lot of stuff going on...I went back to school on Thursday. And the next two weeks are going to be pretty full. We're learning at least two units (in two weeks) before my final exam in Spanish, I'll probably have to write a documented essay, and I have a math project. Not to mention finals, which I have to take on the 16th and the 17th. So time for writing is a little hard-pressed, even discluding the fact that I've had writer's block for God knows how long. Although, Wednesday night, I was having trouble getting to sleep so early (it was the night before I went back after Christmas break), so I was listening to 'My December' by Linkin Park, and I started writing these random...I don't what to call them. Not scenes, because they weren't complete. Just little clips, I guess. All included my original characters from the nameless story I'm trying to write. They were things like, Charlotte, hair half up. (zoom out from face) closed eyes. hands together, praying. fists clench, she raises them towards the sky, sinking to her knees. And each little snippet has a certain part of music that goes with it. Maybe this is what comes from being introduced to fanvideos? My friend Heather lent me some Sailor Moon ones on a CD, and I was fascinated. I'm not going to post it because it probably wouldn't make much sense, anyway. But, I am going to try to write in this LiveJournal more often. I write in my blog a lot, and I love my blog, but I feel like I'm neglecting this or something. Which is kind of stupid, but that's okay.
