Toph was AWESOME as the melon lord, and the group hug was the best, especially when Oopa got into the act. The end was great, though sad. I'll really miss the show. There so much more they could do still, I mean they got to get Zuko's mom back and with fruitloop princess and non firebending pops still alive they could still be a threat. (sigh). Now I have to own all the DvDs.

I agree, something kind of fell out with Toph. Nothing really changed with her at all. Her walking with Zuko talking about her childhood kind of just summed up how she hasn't really gone anywhere. =\

I'm glad I got to watch this with someone when it aired because I did all the same geeking with them. XD This kind of reminds me of all the thoughts I went through while watching. OH GOD I'M GOING TO MISS THIS SHOW TOO. DD8

Yeah, I wish they could have gotten to Zuko's mom and had kind of a better ending for Azula than "Then she went insane!" buuuut, oh well I guess.

Yeah. Or rather, I feel like Toph *has* changed, but they didn't really do anything to show it like they did with everyone else. When she started with the group, she was all "I've never had friends before" and independent and shit, but by the end, she was so friendly, and joking all the time and stuff. I don't know, I feel like her character developed, but the audience could have been reminded of it or something.
