Glory makes Tara infantile/crazy at one point, and it seems to leave her shaken up afterward, stemming into her horror with Willow's manipulation of her mind.
As for Zoe, I'd group her in with Kaylee and Inara in that "we haven't seen it yet," but might have, if the show had had a chance to continue. I wouldn't be surprised if there was mental trauma from the war, though, in addition to her Wash!grief. I suppose it'd be more accurate to say "Women in the Buffyverse," as opposed to "all Joss Whedon shows."
Maybe Anya is an exception to the Buffyverse....now that I think about it, I can't come up with an arc for her that involves her going "crazy."
